Our technician will come on site to pick up your computer. Simply tell him about your computer’s symptoms, and he’ll do his best to estimate the repair cost before he leaves.
We offer a flat rate for most repairs and a competitive hourly rate for special situations or on-site service. Most repairs are completed within two days - and we work weekends too!
Don’t worry about disconnecting all of those wires - our technician will take care of that for you. When he returns your repaired computer, he’ll also connect everything back up and make sure it’s all working together.
For other repairs that aren’t listed here, we charge $75.00 per hour for in-shop repairs or $90.00 per hour for on-site repairs. We’ll let you know if hourly rates apply and you always have the final say about any work that we do. Our minimum charge per service call is $50.00, unless we can’t fix your computer. If we can’t fix it, you pay nothing.

* Clean Operating System Installation - Price: $200.00
* Hardware Replacement or Upgrade - Price: $30.00 to $50.00 - Hardware not included
* Software Installation or Upgrade - Price: $30.00 - Software not included
