Service Options

* Drop Off Service

You bring your system to our office. We fix it, we call you, and then you pick it up at your convenience.

* Pickup/Delivery Service

We come to your home or business, pick up your system, take it to our office, perform the service, then deliver, setup, and test your system at your location. (75¢/mile for any round trip travel.)

* On-Site Service – We come to your home or business to service your system.
On-Site Rates:
$39.99 fee
$1.00 / minute

* Mail-In Service – We send you a self-addressed box, you package it, ship it to
our office, We service it, and ship back via UPS ground shipping. Shipping rates
apply. Service only available in Michigan's Lower Peninsula.

* Monthly Maintenance Agreement This package provides basic preventative
maintenance steps and support techniques that will keep your hardware running
smoothly. With this plan, on a set day each month, a technician will arrive at
your location and perform the following tasks:
o Assure nightly backups are taking place
o Keep trask of any changes and/or upgrades that need to take place
o Confirm that necessary disk space is available on all systems
o Run diagnostics when applicable to assure that all systems are running
at optimal performance
o Assure that viruses and spyware are being controlled properly
o Confirm that your systems and data have the proper security
o Service Insurance Plan (25% of annual maintenance agreement total
covered for our services in an emergency; ask us about the emergency
services covered)

Services outside of the basic maintenance listed here will be billed at our negotiated rates.
