| These people are terrible!! We brought in several towers and laptops for their "charitable" contributions and in return we needed some repair work done on 2 of our laptops. What we received from them was laptops that still did not work. In fact they parted out our laptops! My husbands laptops had 2 gigs of RAM when we brought it in and when we picked it up it had 1 gig of crappy RAM. A power button was removed and hot glued back on and several other items were taken from my daughters laptop. These people are hacks and refuse to take accountability for their actions. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court for the damages that they caused to our systems. | ||
