With over 10 years of computer hardware and network support, you can be sure that we have you covered. We specialize in PC hardware and software support, with extensive knowledge of wireless and wired networking.
Residential Rates:
* In Home Repair service: $75 per hour. $75 minimum labor charge. Billed in 15
minute increments after the first hour.
* Pickup and Delivery Service: $35. No time to wait? We will pickup and deliver
your computer for this flat fee (Battle Creek). Labor for pickip and delivery
service is $55 per hour. $90 minimum labor charge.
Commercial Rates:
* On-Site Commercial Repair service: $90 per hour. $90 minimum labor charge.
Billed in 30 minute increments after the first hour.
* Pickup Service: $35. No time to wait? We will pickup and deliver your computer
for this flat fee (Battle Creek). Labor for pickup and delivery service is $75
per hour. $110 minimum labor charge.
Remote Support Rates:
* Remote Support is billed at the Pickup Service rate without the pickup fee.
