One BIG Reason to Have Us Do Your Repairs
Aside from the fact that we do extensive testing (unlike many other shops) to find the root causes of component and software failures, there is one other compelling reason to bring us your repairs. We have a service that no one else offers.
Here it is: At the time you check-in your repair you will be offered the opportunity to have your repaired computer imaged to our servers. An image contains all of the software and special operating system settings that we put on your computer. The initial one-time cost of this service is $25.00. What does this mean to you and your wallet? HUGE future savings!!
When we re-image a hard drive to repair software failures, it generally takes about one hour and will not cost you more than $35.00 per repair. This eliminates 5 to 7 hours of manual software installations and we pass that savings on to you.
You will not find this service in other shops. They are simply not willing to invest in the many terabytes of server drive space that it takes in order to offer this service. It’s expensive to accomplish. We do it anyway . . . to better serve our customers|
