- Upgrades:
If your computer is a little sluggish we can upgrade your system to get you a little more up to date with todays faster computers. Which you need to run todays resource dependent software

- Reinstall:
Computer acting up, unexplained errors this is just what you need. We start by scanning your data for viruses and spyware/ malware then make a backup of your clean data e.g. email,bookmarks, documents, pictures, music,financial data. Then reload your OS and software then we replace your data. Residential flat rate $97.50 commercial flat rate $140.00

- House Calls:
We come to you when your system has a glitch, when it's convenient for you. We also do not charge travel time, you are only charged for the time we are at your home, fixing your home computer problems. We find that most problems can be fixed in an hour or two. It is our hope that for less than $100 you can have your computer running like new again. We also immunize your system, make sure that all the latest security patches have been installed, and prevent "badware" from reinfecting your system. Base rate of $85.00 includes a service call and one hour onsite

- Service Call:
Commercial Service. We provide on-site service for all your computer needs in Bellaire and surrounding areas. Whether you have an IT staff on site or not, CLCP is there to provide any level of support you need. We offer a wide variety of very reasonably priced services for our commercial customers. We recognize that any computer downtime negatively affects your bottom line. Base Rate: $120.00 for the first hour and $70.00 for each additional hour.

- Service Contracts:
Small or medium businesses that have three to twenty computers and can't afford a full time IT department. This is for you, a small upfront fee (three hours for each PC) and we are on call, when you need us we are there. This covers labor, Parts are extra

- Monthly Service:
Maintenance Contracts, where we will come to your office and make sure your computers are up to date with all available patches, hot-fixes, and antivirus and spyware definitions. We will also do regular maintenance to your entire computer network, to ensure that your office is always running at 100%. Starting at just $200 a month, this is an ideal way to manage your IT budget and keep your computers running at peak efficiency.
