Quick fix on the spot evaluation and repair.

$25 for 15 minutes, if issue is not resolved, $25 will apply towards service.

- CityMac is an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Certified to perform Warranty and Out-of-warranty repairs.

Our certified Apple technicians have over 30 years combined experience with Apple Macintosh repair and troubleshooting.

Service rates:

Standard: $90/hr. (Industry Standard Rate)

Preferred: $60/hr. (Any Computer purchased from CityMac)

CORE: $45/hr. Members of our extended support program

*Min. 1/2 hour charge for all service rates.

- Service turn-around time:

Warranty repair - 2-3 business days
Out of warranty repair - 3-4 business days.
Parts availability may vary repair turn-around times.

- On-Site service

Rates and travel time vary - Please call for estimate

- Data back-up service for any repair - $50.
If your hard drive is defective, failure to recover any data is free of charge.
3rd party recovery options are available.
