With our many years of troubleshooting and repair experience, you're guaranteed fast, top-quality repair that's competitively priced. The main portion of our business, and the thing we pride ourselves on more than anything else, is our service. We repair and upgrade all makes and models of PCs and Apple computers, desktops and laptops. Below, please find an explanation of our four most popular services. Flat-Rate Services

Our flat-rate service is our most popular service. It covers most repairs that are not virus and spyware removal. We currently offer repair service on all Windows XP and Windows Vista versions computers. We offer a format and operating system reinstall only for all Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows ME, and Windows 2000 computers. We also offer flat-rate service for Mac OS 9 and OSX.

Diagnostics

Can't figure out what's causing your computer troubles? Let us diagnose and troubleshoot your hardware or software issues. We will physically inspect every laptop or desktop that comes in for service.

Onsite Services

Sometimes problems can only be repaired in your home or business. Sometimes you don't want to go through the hassle of unhooking all the cords from your computer. Sometimes you just want someone there to show you how to use your computer.

Regardless of the reason, ComputerWorks offers onsite service for your home or business. We specialize in setting up wireless networks, troubleshooting problems getting online, and basic tutoring. We can fix whatever problems arise or, if everything seems to be working okay, maintain your current setup. Our regular onsite service rate is $89 per hour (one hour minimum), with a small trip fee of $25 for customers further than 10 miles from our location.

If, upon arrival, we discover that your repair could take more than a few hours, we will give you the option to have our technician bring your computer back to our location for our normal flat-rate repair fee, rather than charge the hourly rate of a normal onsite service.

ComputerWorks also offers pick up and drop off service for the low price of $25 each way. Please note that this service does not include tear down or setting back up your computer, but we do offer that option if you request.

Virus Removal

Viruses are everywhere. It's far easier to get an infection than it is not to, it seems. We offer virus removal services that will remove all known viruses, spyware, trojans, and other malicious software, all without removing any of your data or programs. After cleaning, please ask us how you can help keep future infections from occurring.
