Donnell Technical Services is a full service technical support company specializing in all manners of PC repair and upgrades. We are currently the only CompTIA A+ Authorized Service Center in Genesee county. What this means is that we only employee professional technicians who have the knowledge and tools to do the job right. We are dedicated to helping you resolve your problems in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. We offer services ranging from simple diagnostics and repairs, to hardware and software upgrades, to complete network installations, all with the convenience of you never having to leave your home or office. Essentially what we offer is the most fastest, most convenient option for servicing your personal computer. We can take care of any issue for you, whether it be a virus, spyware, damaged hardware, corrupted software, etc. We carry a complete selection of upgrade and repair parts and if we do not have the part you need we can get it (generally in 48 hours or less).

All of our work is done by appointment so you can choose the time that is best for you. When you call us and schedule your appointment we will generally be able to have someone onsite the same or next day. We understand that you have a life and are busy so we will come to you for the service. We will then arrive at the SCHEDULED time, not two hours late, and you will not be given a time "window" like the cable or phone companies like to do. When we arrive we will be professional and courteous and actually listen to your problems so we can work with you to guarantee that they are ALL resolved. We are not done with the job until you are 100% satisfied. We trust that once you give us a try, you will agree we are the best.

Service

Computer Installation

Includes the setup of a new or existing system, connection of up to 3 peripherals, loading of additional drivers, and configuration of ISP and Email settings. Data transfer from you old system to the new is available at an additional cost.

Computer Tune-up

Includes basic hardware diagnostic scan, cleaning interior of system, disk cleanup, resource optimization, virus and spy-ware scan and removal, and installing available windows updates including service packs.


Diagnostic/Repair Service

Includes full diagnostic scan to identify cause of problems and repair of those problems. Service includes labor to install parts needed for repair, but not the cost of the actual parts. Also includes optimization of system resources and installation of available windows updates including service packs.

Requiring the reinstallation of the operating system

With Data Back Up Service
Includes backing up email, pictures, office documents, etc. **

Add hardware or software upgrades
Includes the installation of up to four upgrade components or titles.

Add five or more upgrades

Diagnostic Service
Includes full diagnostic scan only. Does not include labor to repair the diagnosed issues.

Upgrade Installation
Includes the installation of up to four hardware components or software titles.
With five or more components or titles

Operating System Upgrade/Installation
Includes loading of all drivers, configuration of ISP and Email settings and installation of up to two additional software titles.
