Factory Restore w/disks & valid key, updates inc. - $30.00

* File Recovery
Not all File Recovery is possible, if you have lost or deleted files, IMMEDIATELY contact us and do as little on your computer as possible, the more changes you make the less likely you will recover your files - Starting at $15.00

* File Backup
Backup of specified files, burnt to CD/DVD Media - $10.00

* Service Calls
We prefer to work in our environment, but in the event you need a service call there will be a $45 minimum service charge, with a billed rate at $25 / hour, billable in half hour increments. Service Charger includes 1 hour of onsite labor.
