Computer Repair

We service all makes and models of computers for both home and business customers. All work is performed by certified technicians. In-store pricing is per-job, not per-hour and starts at $35 for complete system diagnostics. Our In-Store services include the following:
System Diagnostics

We use advanced hardware and software testing to determine the exact cause of your problem. We optimize, clean and troubleshoot your computer. When the problem is diagnosed we will advise you of what should be done next and give an estimate on the cost of repair.
Operating System Installation

Re-installing your operating system will revert your computer back to the way it was the day you bought it. Any important data (picture, documents, etc.) are backed up, your hard drive is erased and a fresh installation of your operating system (usually Microsoft Windows) is installed. In addition, all of the latest hardware drivers and critical updates will be installed and tested.
Data Backup

Backup important files such as photos, documents, Quick Books files, etc. to DVD/CD, external hard drive or USB flash drive.
Data Destruction

If you are donating or giving away a computer it is important to make sure all of your private data is completely erased. We offer secure deletion that is guaranteed to be impossible to recover.
