* In shop service $45.00 per hour*
* Virus Scanning $45.00 flat fee
* Adware Removal $45.00 flat fee
* Virus Scanning and Adware Removal $67.50 flat fee
* Out of shop service (Service Call) $75.00 per hour **
* PC Cleaning $15.00 flat fee
* Printer Cleaning $45.00 flat fee
* Installation of hardware $45.00 flat fee ***
* Reinstallation of Operating Systems (Windows based only)- $90.00 flat fee
* Consultation Services $60.00 per hour *
* Networking $125.00 per hour **
* Insurance Diagnostic $160.00 ****
* Minimum rate is 1 hour of service.
** Minimum rate is 1 hour of service and travel time is included in the hourly rate if within a 15 mile radius from our repair facility. Please call to make an appointment.
*** Items must have been purchased at our store and installation must occur the same day. Software billed at a hourly rate.
**** Fee includes first 2 hours. After the initial first 2 hours the rate is billed at $45.00 per hour.
