* $50/hr "outside of the computer" or $75/hr "inside of the computer"
This means that we will bring our equipment and our staff to you and your computer, then diagnose and repair any computer problems. We do this without opening the computer by means of inspecting, updating and reconfiguring the BIOS, operating system and software - the cost is $50 per hour**.
For any service that requires opening the computer or the removal of parts to check or change hardware - the cost is $75 per hour plus the cost of parts**.
Travel time is billable for on-site service calls outside Metro Detroit. We are located in Clawson, Michigan.
Our ON-SITE PRICING is $10 to $75 less expensive PER HOUR than others in the area where you have to drop off. Why disconnect everything and lug your computer to drop off and be without? Then only to wait for 3-5 days to find out you need to spend MORE money to fix or replace what was wrong.
Our ON-SITE PRICING is 50% less expensive than the closest competitor. We shopped around, and the closest price found was $115/hr for onsite support or $65/hr for drop off THEN this particular competitor charges you extra to actually fix it!

***BUSINESS RATES are the same as home rates with exception that if a support membership is chosen, a membership must be opened for each PC. A business VIP membership is charged on a per computer basis. $169/year or $25/month per each computer at your place of business. This simplifies our pricing and ensures equal attention to small and large companies alike. VIP Membership entitles you to several benefits including support and free remote sessions for help, updating and other configurations. Through discounted onsite service and parts plus using our remote sessions this is the least expensive IT department option for your company with no risk!
