- Computer Repair

* Computer Failure - Up & Running PC will first diagnose, then repair and lastly add and/or offer preventative measures to your computer.

* New Computer Setup - Up & Running PC will ensure you get set up right the first time! We will set up your new computer and personalize it to fit your needs.

* Physical Computer Cleaning - Have you ever actually looked inside your computer? Did you see the colony of dust-bunnies living there? Dust, dirt, hair, and other household grime can wreak havoc on your entire computer system. Up & Running PC will clean and sanitize your machine for you.

- Virus/Spyware

* Complete Anti-Virus / Spyware Service - Up & Running PC will install the latest anti-virus software and updates on your computer to remove viruses that are currently on your machine. We will also manually remove any viruses, spyware, adware or malware that cannot be removed through software.

Typically virus and spyware removal takes 1 - 3 hrs. to complete. Ocassionally, some computers require a complete re-install of the Windows O/S. This will remain within the 3 hr. timeframe.

- Upgrades

Operating System Upgrade - Do you still have Windows 98 or another old operating
system on your computer? Up & Running PC will install a new operatingsystem on your machine
and get you up and running in the 21st century!

Hardware Upgrades

· Memory - If your computer is running slowly, it may be time for more memory. Up & Running PC will install additional memory (RAM) to improve your computers speed and performance.

· Hard Drive - Just like your house garage, through time it fills up, so you build more storage, a pole barn perhaps. Up & Running PC will build that pole barn for you, its called a larger hard drive. Through time you may out grow your current hard drives capacity, and may need a largerone, We can install one for you.
