We here at Your I.T. offer drop-off and in-office computer services at a flat rate. The following list is our standard rate range, differing at different stores.
Free Services
Examples of free services we provide are:
* Diagnostic of basic issues when you bring in your computer*
* Physical cleaning when you bring in your computer*
* Pick up, unhooking, dropping off and installation of your computer*
Basic Service Fees from $20.00 to $50.00
Examples of this service are:
* Diagnostic of advanced issues (requiring disassembly of computer)
* Heat-related problem prevention
* Opening notebooks
* Installing 3 or fewer hardware items
* Data recovery
* Software installation
* Data backup (less than 4 GB)
* And more. Ask for details.
Intermediate Service Fees from $50.00 to $65.00
Examples of this service are:
* Windows OS repair, restore or reinstall
* Assembly/disassembly of notebooks or desktops
* Replacing LCD screen
* Installation of 4 - 6 hardware items
* Data backup or data transfer (4 - 300 GB)
* Virus and spyware removal
* And more. Ask for details.
Advanced Service Fees from $65.00 to $100.00
Examples of this service are:
* OS Reinstall of OSX, Linux or BSD
* Soldering DC jacks
* Data recovery from damaged, formatted or corrupted drive
* Data backup or data transfer (more than 300 GB)
* Repairing tablet and UM PC screens/motherboards
* And more. Ask for details.
Expedited Service from $65.00
Computer will be started on immediately; or we will come out within 2 hours of an unscheduled call.
On-Site Service from $65.00/hour
Pick-up and Delivery free within 5 Miles of a Your I.T. Location
* We offer a free service to any customer, we do not perform all these functions
free.
