e23 Computer Resources LLC is a small, locally owned computer service business located in Whitehall, MI. We were established in May of 2009. We are proud to service our community and surrounding areas.

We offer services including: In-shop and on-site service, upgrades, installs, repair, malware (virus, adware, and spyware) removal, data backups and recovery, networking, and wireless networking. Stop in, or call for a price quote. We work on Windows, Apple, and Linux systems. Our Sr. Technicians have over 10 years of experience each, and carry CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications.

e23 Computer Resources LLC supports eco-friendly computing, including low power consumption computers, and computer recycling. Bring your old systems in to have them recycled or redistributed to non-profits rather than throwing them in the garbage.

We also support open source software. Tired of hassles with Windows? We can help you set up a Linux or open source BSD based system with open source versions of most of your favorite applications.

Diagnostics (This fee is waived if work is done at e23) - $25

Tune Up (includes basic virus/malware scan) - $35

PC Hardware Install per item (includes Printer installs) - $35
General PC Problem Repair (includes Printer Repairs)- $35 and Up (depending on repair)
Laptop Hardware Repairs (We repair DC power jack damage) - $50 and up (depending on repair)
Software
Basic OS Load (Home User/Workstation) - $65
Data Backups - $50
Software Installs - $25

* We can also pick up your PC from your home or office but the $25 on-site service call fee applies*

Residential: $10 service call fee, $30/hr prorated every 30 minutes after the first hour.
Business: $10 service call fee, $45/hr prorated every 30 minutes after the first hour.
Non-profits call for pricing.
Business and Corporate call for Subscription/Contract pricing.

*On-site service call fee is for local area only (Whitehall/Montague). Additional $10 for areas up to 1 hour away, including: Muskegon, Grand Haven, Holland, Grand Rapids, Ludington, Fremont, Holton, Newaygo, and White Cloud.*
